Our Returns Policy

At Fragrance Distro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You may return any unopened merchandise, excluding Skincare and Haircare items, in its original condition (including all original packaging and packing slip) within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund, minus shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

If the product has been opened, a restocking fee will apply, and you may receive a partial refund of up to 40% of the item’s original purchase price.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items for health and safety reasons. Please select these products carefully.
  • Shipping costs incurred to return items are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages are also non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to Fragrancedistro.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)


Any package that has not been received by FragranceDistro.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.


*Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.


If your package is returned to Fragrancedistro.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.


Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service department.

  • U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, or U.S. Postal Service.
  • Most packages arrive within 4-7 business days. (This is not a guaranteed service.)

Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 business days guaranteed)

  • Delivery within 2-3 business days (guaranteed).
  • Excluding weekends. Not available to P.O. Boxes.
  • Starting at $13.95 (depending on the weight of the shipment).

1-Business Day Shipping (1 business day guaranteed)

  • Guaranteed delivery within 1 business day.
  • Order by 12 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, for next business day delivery.

International Orders

Customs Notice: Customs policies vary by country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which apply once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges must be paid by you, as we do not control these fees.

DOT Restrictions on Air Shipping

Due to Department of Transportation (DOT) restrictions, certain aerosol-type products (e.g., hairspray, shaving cream) require ground-only delivery and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses.
